Meal planning for real budgets
Grocery Brain plans a week of meals that fits how you eat, shows what it should cost next to your budget, and writes the shopping list without what's already in your pantry.

Example week
Grocery Brain is built to help with all three.
Your weekly budget, how you eat, and how much time you have to cook.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack for seven days, or only the meals you pick. Swap any meal in one tap, or plan again quicker, cheaper or with more protein.
Every ingredient from your week, added up and combined, minus what's already in your pantry. Tick things off as you shop and they move into your pantry.

Your pantry puts what's about to expire first, and "Use what's left" finds recipes that match what you have. At the end of the week, a review compares what you planned to spend with your budget.
This is how the list works in the app. Tick an item and it moves into your pantry.

No. Start with a few things you use often. Anything you tick off your shopping list is added for you, so the pantry fills itself over time.
Yes. Choose your diet when you sign up and the planner only picks recipes that fit it.
Every ingredient has a typical price from Greek supermarkets, and each recipe knows how many people it feeds. Grocery Brain adds it up for your week and the people you cook for, and compares the total with your budget. It's an estimate, not your receipt.
Only you. Your pantry, meal plans and shopping lists are private to your account.
Yes. Swap any meal in one tap, or plan the whole week again with different filters.
If you agree to save them, your meal plans and "Use what's left" leave out every recipe whose listed ingredients match them, and recipe pages warn you. It can't see what's in the products you buy, so always check the labels.
